Dadara Guantanamo Brain Exhibition

Fasten your brains and dream

For eight months, in the Texas desert, Dadara made dreams reality. Dutch artist Daniël Rozenberg built his own border to the dreamworld: Checkpint Dream Yourtopia. The entrance was shaped like an enormous pink scull covered in carefully painted-on brain structures. Here you could have a “Safe and smooth passage into your own dreamworld”. A border as keeper of pure imagination: “We make sure that you dream the right dream”.

A myriad of colorful pieces inspired by this project and by Dadara's experiences in the US can be viewed at Famous in a special exhibition from May 2nd to June 7th.

Andy & Grace by Gary Lee Boas

Celebrity-photographer Gary Lee Boas is known for his snapshots of The Famous of The Earth, wich, in retrospective, have become art. Shots of a young Al Pacino or Jack Nicholson, Jackie Kennedy or Barbara Streisand; no celeb was ever save for Gary's camera.

Now Famous has got its hands on two little Gary Lee Boas-diamonds: two original and signed photographs of Andy Warhol and Grace Jones.
